Hi All,

In my digging around for info on configuring sqwebmail I found a
mailing list posting that mentioned creating a "hostname" (I saw
another one that said it should be called "domainname") file
containing the domain name to be appended to the username on outgoing
sqwebmail mail. Those messages referenced systems that compiled the
sqwebmail code from source and stated that the sqwebmail config files
should be placed in something inside /usr/local. However, I've
installed Debian's binaries, which have their config files in
/etc/courier (I believe). I've tried creating both a "hostname" and
a "domainname" file containing "somedomain.com" without luck. That
is, when creating an email in sqwebmail, the email address in the
>From box is of the format <username>@<short hostname> when I want it
to be <username>@somedomain.com.

Do any of you know if/where/which "hostname" or "domainname" files
should be placed in a Debian sarge (unstable) system?

Any pointers to Debian specific docs would be much apreciated as well.

Many thanks,

Eric.
