I've had maildrop+sqwebmail working in a different virtual mail environment (using ldap authentication rather than vpopmail) It was a while ago, but I just followed the documentation in maildir/README.maildirfilter.html in the sqwebmail source bundle. IIRC, the trick is that you have to *tell* sqwebmail where to put the filter file, by creating a file 'maildirfilterconfig' inside the Maildir, containing MAILDIRFILTER=mailfilter MAILDIR=. Of course, that assumes that your MTA+maildrop setup looks for /path/to/virtual/mailbox/mailfilter for its filtering recipe. If it looks somewhere else, then update the contents of maildirfilterconfig appropriately. Regards, Brian.
