Possibly. I believe your inboxes are already in Maildir format. If you are
using IMAP folders, then I don't know how dovecot stores its folders.
Courier-imap and sqwebmail use the 'Maildir++' format which you can find
documented at

Courier-imap and sqwebmail have separate message metadata files, so there
shouldn't be an issue there. You very probably won't be able to use
courier's new shared folder mechanism though, or at least, it won't
interwork with dovecot-imap.

If anyone else on the list has this working, then perhaps they can let you
know what they did; otherwise, I'd suggest you build a test system and try
it out.
