I understand sqwebmail does not need suEXEC. The
sqwebmail run under 'userx', which is not a privileged
user.

Use of suEXEC is mandatory in my installation. I use
SqWebMail Ver. 3 series under suEXEC in another
server. Now I prefer to get SqWebMail Ver. 4 to get it
operate under suEXEC.

Yep, I used
/usr/local/share/sqwebmail/libexec/sqwebmaild.rc start
to launch SqWebMail.
