Which character set is the message in? Presumably iso-8859-1?
Yes.  =?iso-8859-1?Q?Test_d'encodage_=E9=E0=EA?=
It's Test d'encodage � � �.

Which encoding types did you try?
Auto Select, and always UTF-8 Selected

this is my ./configure param.

               --without-authshadow

               --without-authldap
               --enable-mimetypes=/usr/local/httpd/conf/mime.types
               --disable-utf7-folder-encoding
               --enable-unicode
               --enable-dependency-tracking
I found something interesting.
If I send Email from Outlook 2000, message display OK.
If I send Email from Office 2003, message wrong encoding....
