Hi,

I'm setting up sqwebmail for the first time and I feel I'm missing
something plain as day...

I've created a user wm, with ~wm/maildir/ ...qmail delivers there fine.

# find ~wm/maildir/
/usr/home/wm/maildir/
/usr/home/wm/maildir/cur
/usr/home/wm/maildir/new
/usr/home/wm/maildir/new/1088103323.31048.run.local
/usr/home/wm/maildir/tmp

and the perms seem setup correctly

drwx------ 5 wm wm 120 Jun 24 14:38 /usr/home/wm/maildir/
drwx------ 3 wm wm 208 Jun 24 14:39 /usr/home/wm
drwxr-xr-x 9 root root 216 Jun 24 14:38 /usr/home
drwxr-xr-x 19 root root 464 Jun 17 20:59 /usr
drwxr-xr-x 26 root root 968 May 28 20:33 /

I configured sqwebmail-4.0.5 with

./configure --enable-maxpurge=30 --with-fcgi \
        --enable-cgibindir=/usr/lib/cgi-bin/ \
        --enable-imagedir=/var/www/webmail

and I'm running boa on port 83 (if that matters). I've set my rc to do
/usr/local/share/sqwebmail/libexec/sqwebmaild.rc start
and I started it manually. In my root cron I have
su -c "/usr/local/share/sqwebmail/cleancache.pl" bin

The cgi seems to work fine for the login
http://www.local:83/cgi-bin/sqwebmail?index=1

but the next page says

Unable to open the maildir for this account -- the maildir doesn't exist or has
incorrect ownership or permissions.

I appreciate the detailed INSTALL, but I don't see anything that
addresses this problem. Have I missed something?

None of the configure or install programs errored and I don't see
anything remarkable in my httpd error/access logs or qmail logs...
I've not adjusted sendit.sh yet.

BTW a space is missing in the word install-stripto from INSTALL
