Troubleshooting IMS modules is not trivial for many developers, as they are not
easy to install and test, requiring different other components for an working
platform. Those developers that work with IMS modules might not be able to
reproduce or not have time for the moment.
So it can take some time to be investigated by the volunteering team of
developers. If you are constrained by time, you can seek hiring a C developer
to look at it.
