If I remember correctly, there was discussion about this a few months
ago.
Behavior of
modparam("siptrace", "db_url", "MYSQL_SIP_PROXY_USAGE_URL")
modparam("siptrace", "trace_flag", TRACE)
...
setflag(TRACE);
sip_trace();
should be what it has been for many years.
