For issue tracking.
According `Figure 5: INVITE client transaction` of
[RFC3261](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3261#page-128) on transport error (TCP
reset for TCP transport or ICMP for UDP transport) is fired `Timer B` and next
call state `Terminated`.
