I have checked which `armv7` CPU is available, and it looks like it is quite
old. As an example, Qualcomm and Apple released such a CPU in 2012 or before.

I do not think the `armv7` CPU is used widely at present, and agree to compile
sources now and optimise if somebody has access to a hardware board and reports
an issue.
