Then it mean you have installed `hiredis-ssl` because only this package offers
it according to
https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/contents?name=hiredis-ssl&repo=main&branch=v3.22&arch=x86_64.
Note the difference, static is ssl one, non-ssl is shared. there is no shared
library for ssl variant.
How are you positive that it's trying to link against the static variant?
