Sorry for the delay!

If i understand the script correctly, you install the kamailio binaries and 
collect all the headers (but not sources? since from installed) and binaries 
apart from some excluded files in a tar?

Not sure if this can be done easier on cmake or make.

But if you want everything installed apart from some files or binaries or 
configs, cpack can produce an 
[archive](https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/cpack_gen/archive.html). If this 
is what you want, it's probably a bit more conventient in cmake.
