### Description
When executing the do_routing function in the drouting module:
If the gwlist field in the dr_rules table is configured with a single gateway
ID, the ruri_avp variable is not assigned and remains empty.
If the gwlist field in the dr_rules table is configured with multiple gateway
IDs, the ruri_avp variable contains an incorrect value.
