All the SSL/TLS is done through libssl. The only thing that is impacted by
kamailio code is the memory manager, that is also set to libssl. If there is
some corruption there, it could be the cause, but is hard to assert it was in
this case.
Since you said that it was on some of your proxies, but not all of them: are
all your proxies running on the same type/version of OS, with the same libssl
version and Kamailio version?
