floret2021 left a comment (kamailio/kamailio#4466)
Compared the code related to TOPOS_redis and found a small difference. After
modifying the routing, it worked normally.
Please check and confirm.

Just change `hval.b_rr = md->b_rr; ` to `hval.y_rr = md->b_rr;`
