Hi Daniel,
I'll try to provide a core dump as soon as possible.
I've now been able to narrow it down to modparam(“topoh”, “sanity_checks”, 1).
The error doesn't occur when the sanity checks are disabled.
However, it may still be related to a specific configuration in our environment.
