rnt-stephsav created an issue (kamailio/kamailio#4550)
Based on issue https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio/issues/4296, I have updated
to release 6.0.5 to try to correct this issue which is causing P-CSCF to send
Notify 408 Timeout then S-CSCF pod to restart.
I've tried new Sip Register then requested de-registration initiated by HSS SAR
to "User_deregistration" and Notify subscription-state is still active with
expires>0, I do not see changes with last release.
