Hello,

with the latest sets of commits, the work started before the freezing of
6.1.x to make possible doing msg apply changes in branch route should be
available. It took some time to try-and-fail because of complexity
mixing pkg-shm memory in a transaction context, ending up with an
approach that should not be intrusive in the old code, but rather adds
alternative.

There is a new function in t_msg_apply_changes() in tm, which can be
used if core parameter msg_apply_changes_mode=1 or
msg_iflag_set("MSG_APPLY_CHANGES") is set before the transaction is
created. Note that use of record_route() still has to be done after
applying changes.

This feature was under discussions for long time, one of the main use
cases could be to apply changes to the sdp before engaging the rtp relay
application.

Testing and feedback would be useful!

Cheers,
Daniel
