I have reproduced error with latest packages versions.
Then I make search which lib contains `netsnmp_table_array_helper_handler` and
found this symbol located in `/usr/lib64/libnetsnmpagent.so`.
I look like need link with `netsnmp-agent` libs during build
```
[root@host lib64]# rpm -ql net-snmp-devel | grep pkgconfig
/usr/lib64/pkgconfig/netsnmp-agent.pc
/usr/lib64/pkgconfig/netsnmp.pc
```
