Daniel, It's good to see Kamailio is finally making attempts at RFC8760 compatibility, 5 years after the RTC has been published and OpenSIPIt'00 held.
Long overdue if you ask me with OpenSIPS, Freeswitch, Asterisk, Sippy and Jambons having this in their production releases for a while. I can already see few rockie security mistakes in your implementation, pretty sure Sandro would love to drill this up further. Just so you know, we plan to organize another round in a few months.
