ddas-rt left a comment (kamailio/kamailio#4777)
Once we hit this error, no new TLS connections can be made. All new connections
are dropped and no new TLS calls or transfers can be made. Afaict, existing
connections stay open. This error is logged **_once_** per every new failed TLS
connection attempt.
