davidvoisonics created an issue (kamailio/kamailio#4783)
Following on from issue #4778, if tls_threads_mode = 2 then app_perl.so crashes
almost immediately:

We're running Kamailio 5.8.8 on Ubuntu 22.04 with openssl library version
3.0.2-0ubuntu1.23.
The perl module loaded does not explicitly use openssl, although the Kamailio
configuration does enable TLS.
I've attached a core dump file. Please let us know if you need any other
information.
