I think my log buffer may not be set large enough, resulting in log messages
being dropped. I've reconfigured kamailio to log to stderr, with stderr
redirected to a file. It appears that I'm now seeing all the messages. Once
again, I'll keep an eye on the log and post back here when the condition occurs
again.
