Added @adubovikov here just for adding his comments if it is the case to 
clarify something from sipcapture point of view.

My guess is that the port is not taken from source address, because for TCP is 
hard (sometimes impossible) to guess the local port allocated by the kernel. 
That could make impossible tracking the traffic between sip servers that use 
port 5060, because when one initiates a connections, the source port from the 
point of view of the other server is not going to be 5060, so doing some 
filtering may not work or be hard to do.

Eventually a module parameter can be added to control how the source port is 
selected for tcp.
