Hi, Kamailio can send OPTIONS only as a probing method in order to determine remote gateways availability. For example in Dispatcher module you can use OPTIONS requests "dispatcher.html#dispatcher.p.ds_ping_method" Actually proxy servers never generate OPTIONS requests.
