Hi,
Restart rsyslog and see what is displayed in /var/log/syslog because maybe
there are errors in /etc/rsyslog.conf.
For example, in the line
*. *; Auth, authpriv.none, local0.none - / var / log / syslog

The separator must be ";"

rsyslog.conf

*.info;mail.none;authpriv.none;cron.none;local0.none;local1.none;local3.none
            /var/log/messages

local0.*        /var/log/kamailio/kamailio.log

kamailio.cfg

debug=2
log_stderror=no
log_facility=LOG_LOCAL0
