Hello, we are a bit behind with releasing siremis. If you use current master branch it should work with kamailio 5.2. It has even secfilter support, which is in master, but that entry in menu can be ignored or disabled.
Same version should work for 5.1, with the mention that in 5.2 (iirc) we removed email address and rpid from subscriber table (not being used by kamailio), so if you created the subscriber table before 5.2, those columns are in the database table but are no longer visible in siremis.
