Hi! Em... Nope, Kamailio wouldn't help you at this point. What could - use some intermediate server with static IP and connect it to your SIP trunk from one side and PBX - to other. On this intermediate server you can use any SIP SBC or Proxy you like. Kamailio, Asterisk, FreeSwitch....
