Hello, most of the services should be back online now after the maintenance work on infrastructure.
Maybe some old portals (like sip-router.org site components) are not all up to date and may not be available due to use of php7 instead of php5 after this upgrade -- working to figure out if any still has issue, but if you discover any problem, report them to mailing lists or directly to me.
