I did test without the drop(); same result. Will try with this https://kamailio.org/docs/modules/5.2.x/modules/dispatcher.html#dispatcher.ex.config, but i don't use register the sip trunk using IP authentication (there is no nat in this scenario, all private IPs I wanted to avoid rtpproxy/rtpengine).
