Hello Zach, the respositories were moved from openSUSE build service to rpm.kamailio.org – probably the wiki docs needs some updates.
In the majority of cases I use the provided repositories, some people compile from source as well (both “pure” and with their own package building service). Can I get some confirmation if this is a "me" issue, or if maybe there's an issue with what made it into the repo? Also, just a general question... what's the typical way of you folks deploying Kamailio from a sysadmin perspective?
