Not entirely clear what you mean by 'in the cfg'. If you wanted to reload
it from the kam config logic upon some event, then you can always execute
RPC commands like so:
jsonrpc_exec('{"jsonrpc": "2.0", "method": "permissions.addressReload ",
"id": 1}');
