Hello, you have to provide the sip traffic on both sides to be able to troubleshoot. The re-INVITE has to come in with the R-URI being the Contact address sent back to caller via 200ok in order to match the topos session. The re-INVITE sent out indicates no topos processing was done, because the Via stack has many addresses, it should be only 1 Via.
