assuming you're using Mysql, you can execute in Mysql CLI:
> SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST\G

This will list all queries running at that moment, and who is executing the
query.
Depending on the query, if you are using table locks, this is normal
behaviour.
But I do not think this is a Kamailio issue.
