Double check that one of these is actually triggered for each offer/answer (invite/ok).
(Your usage of `media-address` is probably not what you want - usually it's the "advertised address" syntax of the interface config that people want)

This looks like no "answer" was seen, which is what makes me think your script doesn't actually trigger the function for the answer.
