If you are not sure how to get SCTP working in your Kamailio you can reference this article that should get you started - https://nickvsnetworking.com/kamailio-bytes-sctp/ Then configure multihoming within your network. Personally, I would setup and test the multi-homing first before adding the module to confirm it works and the logic does what you need it to do. In my experience I have used the source address groups against the address.list for inbound and a dispatcher.list for outbound to route traffic.
