I enabled WITH_NAT as you told me.
Now I can see the rtpengine module with kamcmd:
kamcmd> rtpengine.show all
{
url: udp:127.0.0.1:2223
set: 0
index: 0
weight: 1
disabled: 0
recheck_ticks: 0
}
