[SR-Users] Force communications for I-CSCF and S-CSCF to be TCP only

Hi,
I would like to force the transport protocol between the I-CSCF and S-CSCF to 
be TCP only.   How would I do that exactly? 
I'm using an older Kamailio release 5.0.8.
