That is a little different (AFAIK) It indeed generated it's own connection from random port as TCP stack requires. However, when endpoint connects to server's port ( for example sends incoming Traffic to Kamailio) dispatcher reuses new socket instead of keeping old one ( for dispatcher too)
So, generally speaking - it is uses existing, but I don't remember which one it picks up at the start.
