I ran into the same issue with dropped ACKs, and it turned out the 
https://telxi.com was expecting the Contact header to stay the same across all 
INVITE and re-INVITE messages. Once I set "rewrite_contact" to 0 and kept the 
Contact consistent, the calls stayed stable. If your setup sends different 
Contact headers, the voip provider could be rejecting those ACKs silently.
