You need to check the in and out SDP is getting set for the correct IP
addresses and Ports. Then check the firewalling. something could be
using the incorrect config file after the upgrade.
you should see traffic on the ports that are agreed in the SDP.

After upgrading minor version Debian 12, Kamailio and rtpengine
