Thanks Andres for your answer, the problem I'm having is that I'm not being able to register an extension from outside of the firewall. I would appreciate if someone could put me on the right path. I'm still not sure if I have to enable the NAT module or the DOMAIN module and add the external IP or something else, this are the SIP messages I have captured:
