Kamailio handles the sip processing of the call allowing the two endpoints to 
negotiate the zrtp.

With Kamailio, you wouldn't need to configure anything special to allow the 
clients to use zrtp. If both clients support the option (such as jitsi), they 
can use it to secure the media.
