Uncommented / Added these two lines:

modparam("mi_fifo", "fifo_name", "/tmp/kamailio_fifo")
# ----- ctl params -----
modparam("ctl", "binrpc", "unix:/var/run/kamailio/kamailio_ctl")
Still the same error.
