the expression was more or less inherited from previous version,
respectively the patch removes:
- while ( (ptr) &&
- !(VALID_CONTACT(ptr,act_time) && (ret=-2) && allowed_method(_m,ptr)))
- ptr = ptr->next;
- if (ptr==0) {
