Good communications skills

·         Interpersonal skills

·         Regular activities;

·         Provide a copy of the ?Operational Requirements? to the
application Development Team

·         Schedule the Development Team to walkthrough their processes with
the DTOPS and test/acceptance teams

·         Sit down with the Development Team and find out where the code is
located, tools in their processes, and flow in Autosys

·         Evaluate the code and see what needs to change to conform to
Operational Requirements

·         Regroup as a team and review the code change recommendations

·         Create an LOE and present it to the application manager

·         Obtain buy-off from test/acceptance and DTOPS team on the dates
and their ability to support the initiative and timeframes

·         Work with the PM assigned to the application to provide input to
the project plan

·         Perform the tasks outlined in the plan

·         Work with the application manager and PM to add dates to the
dashboard

·         Provide a status to the assigned PM on the tasks assigned to my
team
