Job Title : Flex Lead Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5+ years Technical/Functional Skills : Knowledge and Skills Required (Flex) 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. 2. 5+ years of experience in web development using Flex. Experience in developing web based OLAP applications is a definite plus. 3. Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services and SOAP 4. Experience designing and developing web based SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) applications is a plus. 5. Experience integrating Adobe Blaze DS and/or Adobe Lifecycle Data Services is a plus. 6. Proven ability to understand UI wireframe design and requirements document, and translate them into software implementation. 7. Expert ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex design and coding problems. 8. Advanced knowledge of one or more software development languages and proficiency in the use of utilities, batch processing, online processing, and n-tier processing. 9. Advanced knowledge of one or more file access methods and database management systems. 10. Expert knowledge of the appropriate operating systems and communication interfaces. 11. Expert understanding and the ability to apply software design and testing principles. 12. Very good interpersonal skills.
