OEM, RUEI, Germain tools configuration is preferred. · Must have working experience of Production support in at least 3 projects and one of them with Site-Minder authentication, Oracle DB, Siebel 8.x version and Siebel servers on Solaris. · Must have good knowledge on Siebel Architecture & Server Configurations · Good Communication and Analytical skills · Performance Tuning skills required · Good knowledge on OBIEE, Informatica, BI Publisher & DAC areas required *Experience Required:* · Strong in Siebel Administration, Monitoring, Prod Issues Analysis ,Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution * * *Roles & Responsibilities*: · Acts as a bridge between AA Prod Support and TCS team · Analyze pain areas and provide solutions · Find the gaps in current Deployment process and provide a better solution to minimize the deployment downtime & to reduce post-deployment issues · Work as a bridge between AA/TCS, IBM, HP and Oracle · Must have Disaster Recovery experience for Siebel implementations · Server Installation/Rollback/Administration with Clustering & High Availability. · Implementing OBIEE, BI Publisher, Informatica & DAC high availability · Experience in Siebel Integration areas, EIM, Siebel components & crash analysis · Must have Solaris working experience with required scripting · Must have Oracle DB knowledge with all required SQL queries preparation · Monitoring Prod Siebel environment · Prod Deployments · Applying patches in Siebel Enterprise, OBIEE, Informatica, BI Publisher & DAC servers · Performance tuning.
