Provide guidance and consulting, and administrative support to Cognos package developers, report authors and report consumers. Regularly monitor performance and availability of Cognos environments to ensure ongoing utility. Design, develop, and test custom code to automate routine administrative and monitoring tasks. Create detailed process and procedural documentation – e.g., environment specifications, user’s guide, etc. Assess and evaluate changes in Cognos 10, and inform and influence the design and implementation of Cognos 10 migration project.
