Has strong configurations knowledge and has the ability to lead and analyze complex issues without supervision. Leads requirements analyses, data gathering, interviews, and facilitated sessions with other functional areas leads. Ability to follow direction with minimal supervision and can plan the work related to the areas of functional expertise.
